I am shocked by the decision of the appeals court on the “Target-Forthress” case, said Macedonian President Stevo Pendarovsk on Saturday.
The decision is a defeat for the rule of law and proof of the low trust of citizens in the judicial authorities. Such decisions only undermine the faith of citizens that real reforms in the rule of law and the fight against corruption are possible, President Pendarovski wrote on his official Facebook page. His post caused numerous reactions and comments from citizens.
