Taravari elected as new leader of the Alliance for Albanians

The current acting and former deputy party leader of the Alliance for Albanians Arben Taravari was elected by the votes of almost all delegates present at the party congress. After the election, he announced that the policies of the party remain the same, and according to today’s decisions of the congress, there are changes in the party bodies and functions.

“The party’s policies will generally continue as they are. As of tomorrow we start with a continuous campaign until the next elections are held. Door-to-door campaign, to open the doors of the party, to bring as many people as possible, especially intellectuals who we need for the successful functioning of the party. Professionalization of the party, as well. We are starting a campaign whether there are elections in 2023 or 2024. We will be in an extended or continuous door-to-door campaign until the next elections,” said Taravari.

According to the decisions of the party congress, the position Speaker of the Alliance for Albanians’ Assembly will be introduced.
