The Commission for Determining Disciplinary Responsibility of a Public Prosecutor in the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Public Prosecutor’s Office, issued a Decision initiating disciplinary proceedings against the former basic public prosecutor of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption and against two other female prosecutors from that Prosecutor’s Office.
“Acting on the proposal of the public prosecutor of the RNM, the Commission held a hearing where it reviewed the written report from the informant on the proposal to initiate disciplinary proceedings and the written statements of the public prosecutors, after which it concluded that there is a well-founded suspicion that the three public prosecutors committed a serious disciplinary violation from Article 91 paragraph 6 of the Law on PPO, announced the Public Prosecutor’s Office of RNM on Friday.
