“I am not going into the agreements that this parliamentary majority has, but the law is clear. The law states that the mandate holder of a caretaker government is proposed by the ruling largest party. Now, if SDSM and Kovachevski decide to cede that seat to DUI, that is their business. Whether it will be like that and what will happen between them, I don’t know. That is a secondary issue,” Mickoski said.
