Exactly 354 building permits were issued in November 2022, which is 12.8% less compared to the same month of the previous year, the State Statistics Office announced.
According to the issued building permits, the estimated value of the buildings is 8,935,801 thousand denars, which is 6.7% less compared to November 2021.
Out of the total number of building permits issued, 156 (44.1 %) are intended for high-rise buildings, 119 (33.6 %) for low-rise buildings and 79 (22.3 %) for reconstruction buildings.
Out of a total of 354 objects, 176 (49.7 %) are natural persons as investors, and 178 (50.3 %) objects are business entities.
In the reporting period, the construction of 621 apartments is planned, with a total usable area of 53,383 m2.
