Attorney at law Aleksandar Tortevski in an interview with TV 24 regarding the request of Anti-corruption Agency for responsibility for the accident of the Besa Trans bus in Bulgaria, stressed that Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski had political responsibility and should resign because the organization did not work in his ministry and someone did not do their work.
“The one who kept the document about the bus carrier’s technical problems, he has criminal responsibility because he abused his official position, he enabled an entity to carry out activities contrary to the laws. It is certain that the Ministry of Interior failed. If the minister submits responsibility, he has a moral obligation to clear up the case and submit responsibility,” said Tortevski.
