The average monthly net salary paid per employee in November 2022 was MKD 33,011, while the average gross salary for the same month was MKD 49,397, the State Statistics Office (SSO) announced on Monday.
According to the SSO, the index of the average monthly paid net salary per employee in November 2022, compared to November 2021, is 113.3.
This increase is due, first of all, to the increase in the average monthly paid net salary per employee in the sectors: wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles (18.7%), accommodation facilities and food service activities (17.5%) and administrative and auxiliary service activities (17.3%).
