Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Good Governance Policies Slavica Grkovska says that much more needs to be done in the fight against corruption, citizens need to see the end result of the fight against corruption.

“Even more needs to be done from what has been done and the citizens want to see visible results, to have an effect and the end result of the fight against corruption and organized crime. The biggest weakness is in the justice system. If there is no conclusion in a case, the message being sent to society is wrong. Judges and prosecutors should also be held accountable for abuse of office, just like other officials who are subject to the same laws,” said Grkovska in an interview with VOA – Voice of America in Macedonian.
