There will be no negotiations with the European Union and currently, the Republic of North Macedonia is in a state of veto, until they include the Macedonian Bulgarians in their Constitution, said te President of Bulgaria Rumen Radevduring his visit to Brussels before the beginning of the extraordinary meeting of the European Council.

As Radev said, he will raise the issue with the European leaders about the problems with the Republic of North Macedonia.
