The prosecutors Vilma Ruskovska, Ivana Trajcheva and Elizabeta Josifoska were interrogated within the framework of the disciplinary procedure initiated against them, and related to the search in the Financial Police Administration.
They were interrogated in the premises of the Public Prosecutor’s Office before the Commission for determining disciplinary responsibility. The prosecutors gave their statements and all the evidence was presented in the proceedings.
The member of the commission who is the reporter in the case should now prepare a report after completing the procedure with a proposal.
The former head of the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption Vilma Ruskovska has been suspended, and in parallel, an investigation is being conducted against the three prosecutors following the criminal report of the ex-director of the Financial Police Administration, Arafat Muaremi.
