The group for games of chance at the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia once again publicly expresses the position of the organizers of games of chance in anticipation of the adoption of the new law on games of chance which is in the parliamentary procedure (voted at the Government session on February 21, 2023).
For the members of the Group, the procedure carried out to bring the law to the Parliament is disputed on several grounds. They demand that the European flag be removed from the Draft Law and the text be completely withdrawn in order to leave room for a broad discussion in which the business sector will be able to argue its views, with the aim of adopting an efficient and European law.
About 54,000 people receive regular income directly and indirectly from the member companies of the Group.
