The owner of the Dokaz M news website Marjan Stamenkovski declared before Judge Marija Kletnichka that he does not feel guilty for the acts of which he was accused.
Some of the victims, journalists Valentina Vurmo and Irena Mulachka, testified at the hearing.
The decision to conduct this case behind closed doors is at the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, which decided to exclude the public until the announcement of the verdict, because in the process details of the private lives of the injured parties and their families are presented.
Stamenkovski is accused of blackmail, dissemination of xenophobic and racist material through a computer system and misuse of personal data.
