One of the men killed in the Shisha bar in the Old Skopje Bazaar in the March 6 shooting was a fugitive from justice. As reported by the Dutch media, he is one of several suspects in the murder on the beach in Bergen an Zee, Netherlands, who managed to flee justice in the past two years.

Enes Iseni was arrested in Malaga in March and extradited to the Netherlands. He spent 10 months in detention, after which he was released with a confiscated passport to await the trial in the Netherlands, but he is not allowed to leave the country.

The suspect traveled illegally to Macedonia, where he was killed. It is not known how he entered Macedonia without a passport.
