The Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) categorically denies the fake and speculative news published on several media and televisions about DUI’s alleged negotiations with former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski to secure parliamentary votes for the constitutional amendments.
“No DUI official has had any contact, neither now nor in the past, since his escape, on any issue, with former Prime Minister Gruevski, so we deeply regret such tendentious speculations and incorrect information published in the public.
Earlier, several media reported that DUI is secretly negotiating with Gruevski to secure parliamentary support for the constitutional amendments. VMRO-DPMNE, on the other hand, rejected such a possibility, stating that no one can influence the deputies to vote for the inclusion of Bulgarians in the Constitution.
