Academician Vlado Kambovski denies that he has joined the group of experts on the proposals for amendments to the Constitution related to the EU accession negotiations.

Kambovski told SDK.mk that no one called to ask him about such a thing and added that in order for him to be hired, the Government and the opposition must first reach a consensus, that is, first it must be agreed that there are 80 MPs who will vote for the changes.

“I don’t know what that expert group would do. Will it discuss and send proposals? To whom? The whole thing is upside down. For constitutional amendments, there should first be a political consensus, agreement from the parliamentary parties that they should take place, in this situation, for the inclusion of new communities in the Preamble,” Kambovski said.
