Nikoloski to address the Council of Europe about Bulgaria’s refusal to implement verdicts of the European Court

On my way to Strasbourg, where I am participating in the spring session of the Council of Europe’s PA, I will speak about Bulgaria’s refusal to implement the decisions made by the European Court of Human Rights concerning the Macedonians, as well as the European Convention on Human Rights, and today I will ask the European Commissioner for Human Rights what he is doing for the Macedonians in Bulgaria, asking him to go there and see how their basic rights to their mother tongue, education and association are being violated, said VMRO-DPMNE’s Aleksandar Nikoloski on Monday.
