The collapse of the state is mirrored in the judiciary, with Kovachevski and SDS it can only get worse. Judiciary is reduced to party installations. A prosecutor or judge cannot be promoted without the parties in power allowing it. SDS and DUI keep the whole system captive, therefore citizens’ trust in the judiciary is reduced to a statistical error, said VMRO-DPMNE on Thursday.
“The top of the Government, headed by Kovachevski, appoints judges, prosecutors, promotes and gives functions, such as the example with the head of the PO for organized crimeAbazi, appointed by DUI,” the largest opposition party announced.
