VMRO-DPMNE MP Antonio Miloshoski, who together with several other MPs with security certificates requested an insight into the contract with “Bechtel and Enka”, stated Friday that they have the right to access any “state secret” document.
“First, I would like to say that according to the Constitution and the Law on Classified Information, MPs who hold a security certificate have the right to access any “state secret” document, and not some government ministers to retell those documents in the Parliament,” said opposition MP Miloshoski in a statement for the media.
