The Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF) this year ranks the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia as the leader in the world among central banks and financial institutions according to the representation of women in management positions.
This, as the National Bank informs, is part of the announcement dedicated to Gender Equality Index 2022 in Financial Institutions, which has been ranking financial institutions according to gender representation for ten years in a row. In the announcement about the representation of women in the management structures of the National Bank, it is pointed out that 70 percent of management positions in the National Bank are held by women.
