Personal documents should be replaced by 2024 at the latest, since this is the deadline given when the Constitution and the Law on Languages was changed, said Macedonian Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski on Tuesday.

“Meanwhile, prices of raw materials have gone up by 90 percent and this led to a rise of the prices for the preparation of the documents. The price for passports for individuals up to 27 years of age remains the same, there is only an insignificant increase of the price for those passports that are valid for 10 years, so that we can cover the costs,” Minister Spasovski told the media.
