The Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Good Governance Policies Slavica Grkovska indicated at today’s press briefing that the contract with Bechtel-Enka has a confidentiality clause.
“My first statement about it was that in principle I saw no reason why it should not be published, unless there was a clause which might affect such a decision and that I would check whether there was such a clause. However, such a clause exists, it was immediately announced by the Prime Minister and the public was informed about the existence of such a clause and that it does not oblige us in one part for such a measure,” Grkovska said at the press briefing on Wednesday.
