The Macedonian Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski, during the visit to the Department of Aviation Units at the headquarters of the Helicopter Unit for Police Purposes in Idrizovo, which has existed within the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 54 years, announced that they are working on the option of being able to transmit emergency cases with helicopter.
“From a medical point of view, the transfer of patients by helicopter, people who need urgent transport, we have not had the opportunity until now, now we are working on it. I expect to put that segment into operation very soon, in a few months,” said the minister.
