Work has begun on the construction of Corridor 8 near Tetovo, and the process of analysis and expropriation of the land begins today. According to “Macedonia Road”, this project will take four years and seven months to complete, and many companies from the country will be involved in it.
“By signing this contract, we are starting a new concept of highways in RNM. In 10 years, no more highways will be built, but we will build these 110 kilometers of highway in four years and seven months. Four very important activities for the construction of Corridor 8 begin today. Research on the composition of the land, expropriation, design and mobilization of all companies for the construction of the highway is starting,” said the PE director Eyup Rustemi.
