As a future government, we will inherit a project that will have many ambiguities, many question marks, and that’s why we tried to correct the process, but apparently they decided to push it through a violent path, that is, through gross abuse of the European flag, which in itself is a kind of double standard and hypocrisy. On the one hand, you promote European values, and on the other hand, you trample on those European values, and this confuses the citizens, said the leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski in an interview with Alsat’s “360 Degrees” show, talking about the way the Ggovernment is pushing the contract for corridors 8 and 10-d.
“Our problem as a government will be those segments of the agreement that are critical and problematic for us to sit down with the people from Bechtel and renegotiate them as a future Government,” underlined Mickoski and added that the government persistently hides the agreement from the public and has not confirmed whether the version submitted by a whistleblower is the real one, and he even submitted a redacted version to the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption, not the real one.
