Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski said Monday he left VMRO-DPMNE to decide over the format of Wednesday’s meeting with opposition party leader Hristijan Mickoski, reiterating that the topics would be the decisions set to be adopted over the country’s European integration and the activities of all political stakeholders in relations with neighbors.

“The invitation has been extended to VMRO-DPMNE, clearly saying they can choose the format for the meeting – 1+0, 1+1, 1+2 – depending on how much they trust each other. I left the VMRO-DPMNE leadership or its leader to decide. The meeting will take place on Wednesday at 11 a.m. and will tackle two topics – decisions set to be adopted over the country’s European integration and the activities of all political stakeholders in relations with neighbors. These are a couple of exceptionally important topics that concern the country’s integration and its faster EU integration,” Kovachevski told reporters.
