The Skopje Basic Criminal Court confirmed that there are no shortcomings in the operation of the Clinical Hospital Zhan Mitrev. The accusations of MALMED regarding the allegations of violations in the work of the Zhan Mitrev Clinic proved to be unfounded. In the verdict, it is emphasized that there is no evidence of an offense committed. According to this conclusion, the Basic Criminal Court passed an acquittal for the clinical hospital and for Doctor Zhan Mitrev in the case with MALMED.
“With this acquittal, it is confirmed that the Zhan Mitrev Clinical Hospital, even in the most difficult periods, worked according to the highest health standards, transparently and in accordance with already established and permitted methods of treatment, in our country and in the world,” the Clinic announced on Tuesday.
