The Macedonian Ministry of Education and Science turned to the State Examination Center (DIC) as the competent institution for organizing the state matriculation exam, with the aim of locating the responsibility among the participants in the implementation of the process for the failure made when taking the second external exam in English.
“Although the test was passed around among the graduates through an application for electronic communication during the exam itself, it is still an oversight that should not have happened and entails appropriate responsibility. We inform you that the Ministry of Education and Science has requested from this year that the examinations be conducted in larger rooms in schools and with the presence of more testers and observers. However, due to the events in DIC, the strike of the employees immediately before the implementation of the state graduation, they did not take place,” the ministry said.
