The Skopje Basic Criminal Court on Friday rejected as unfounded the requests of Trajko Veljanoski, Spiro Ristovski, Mile Ristovski and Vladimir Atanasovski for pardon for the “Organizers of April 27” case.
The chair of the Judicial Council, Judge Ilija Trpkov, informed that after the request of the defense for the application of the Law on Amnesty from 2018 for the accused in the case and the received opinion of the Public Prosecutor, he made a decision rejecting the request as unfounded.
“The request for amnesty is rejected as unfounded, because the conditions of article 1, paragraph 2, paragraph one and two of the Law on amnesty are not met,” said Judge Trpkov.
