The Democratic Union (DS) party has been insisting on fundamental reforms of the judicial system for a long time, but SDSM and DUI are holding them back. The main goal of these parties is to have complete control over the Judicial Council and the judges in general through complete partisanship.
As a function of urgent reforms, we propose: First, to audit the work of each judge and the members of the Judicial Council: the professional attitude towards work, corruption, connection with political parties, property status and other elements key to the performance of the office.
The proposed law on the review of facts and evidence has been blocked by SDSM and DUI in the Parliament for three years.
The Democratic Union proposes that the Ministry of Justice prepare legal solutions as soon as possible for reforms in the justice system as a whole.
