Constitutional Court to discuss the Guidelines for keeping the registry books on July 5

The subject in which the legal amendments and additions to the Guidelines for keeping the registry books are disputed will be put on the agenda of the session of the Constitutional Court scheduled for July 5, 2023.

As the Constitutional Court informed, the opposition political party Levica also submitted an initiative for the case that they established on their own initiative due to suspicion of unconstitutionality.

“We inform the public that in the meantime an initiative for the same Instruction was submitted by the Levica political party. The Constitutional Court is verifying the allegations,” added the court.
