As of the fourth quarter of last year, there were 1,458,377 subscribers with broadband and narrowband internet access via a mobile network. The data of the Agency for Electronic Communications show that A1 Macedonia has the largest share in the number of subscribers on that basis with 48.66 percent, followed by Makedonski Telekom with 47.50 percent, Lycamobile with 2.05 percent, Robi with 1.64, Green mobile with 0.12 and MTEL with 0.03 percent.
The number of active subscribers in mobile telephony at the end of 2022 reached 1,932,871. Of these, 739,078 are prepaid subscribers, 944,394 residential post-paid, and 249,399 business post-paid subscribers.
