There is nothing conspiratorial in determining the day when the constitutional amendments will be submitted to the Parliament. It is simply calculated when the best moment is, said the Macedonian Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani on Sunday.
The constitutional amendments, Osmani reiterated, are not controversial and are in the interest of the state. For me, that will be the most important moment, when the citizens will read the constitutional amendments. I even told someone, I would put the constitutional amendments on billboards so that the citizens can see that all the propaganda regarding the constitutional amendments is not correct, Osmani pointed out at a press conference.
