As of this summer, women will not be able to walk in bikinis through the central promenade of Struga. The municipality of Struga announced that during the tourist season, public order must be respected, and according to them, this means that you must not walk around town in a bikini.
“Due to respect for public order, especially during the summer tourist season, it is forbidden to walk in bikinis and beach panties throughout the central promenade (from the Charshijabridge to the farmers’ market) throughout the day. We ask all guests and tourists who cool off on the lake or on CrniDrim River to respect the rules of decent behavior and public order, by not showing nudity in public places and spaces,” the Struga municipality informed on Thursday.
