The leader of VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski is the most popular politician whom the citizens trust the most. Only 4.5 percent have confidence in the Prime Minister and SDSM leader Dimitar Kovachevski, according to the latest poll conducted from July 1 to July 21, among 1,211 adult citizens by the Brima Gallup research agency.
When asked which politician from N. Macedonia you trust the most, as many as 7.5 percent of citizens answered that it is the leader of the opposition Mickoski, while Prime Minister Kovachevski is in fifth place with only 4.5 percent of citizens’ trust.
From the Albanian bloc, the leader of the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI), Ali Ahmeti, ranked first with the most confidence – 5.1 percent.
About 19.5 percent of those surveyed answered that if parliamentary elections were held today, they would vote for VMRO-DPMNE and the coalition, and only 13.6 said they would vote for SDSM.
