Macedonia ranks fifth as the poorest market in Europe according to GDP per capita

The list compiled by the German economic website DerWesten is based on GDP per capita, which in N. Macedonia is USD 6,608. North Macedonia, with a GDP per capita of $6,608.08, is in fifth place on the list of the poorest markets in Europe, the Kosovo Online reported.

In the list of the ten poorest in Europe, Kosovo is ranked as the second poorest market in Europe for 2023, after Ukraine.

The list is made on the basis of gross domestic product (GDP) per capita and according to the ranking Serbia is in tenth place with a GDP of 10,360.72 US dollars per capita.
