In the last three months, Arberia Design received four tenders from state institutions led by DUI staff – a tender by the Commission for Securities, chaired by Nora Aliti, a former DUI MP, a tender by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is managed by DUI’s vice-president, Bujar Osmani, tender of the State Lottery headed by Perparim Bajrami, former chief of staff of Artan Grubi and tender for the Mother Teresa University.
Arberia Design’s agreement with the State Lottery alone “weighs” about 290 thousand euros for a period of 12 months, and its subject is “services from a marketing agency for corporate brand rebranding and advertising campaign.
The Arberia Design company became known to the public as one of the largest suppliers of the Ministry of Education, primarily in the printing of textbooks, certificates and other school material, for which it received millions of contracts in the past years.
