The European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) found irregularities and recommended that the state return the money for a 2015 project, worth 660,000 euros, for software in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management (MAFWM).

As the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Ljupcho Nikolovski informs, it is not about any contract or matter related to IPARD, but about a project that was realized through IPA support for the Agriculture Ministry.

The investigation has already been completed and there is a specific case with specific legal actions for the case. The case has been submitted to the PPO for Organized Crime, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management urges for the case to be completely solved.
