Macedonian President Stevo Pendarovski welcomed the ambassador of the United States of America to the country, Angela Price Aggeler, for a meeting at the President’s office on Friday.
Pendarovski and Aggeler exchanged opinions and information on North Macedonia’s Euro-integration process and next steps to be undertaken in this regard, as well as developments in the broader region in the context of the Russian aggression in Ukraine, the President’s Office said in a press release. President Pendarovski said North Macedonia attaches special significance to the development of relations with the United States, while expressing belief that Washington’s support would continue in the coming period, as guarantee of peace, stability and prosperity of the Western Balkans.
