The Democratic Union (DS) proposes that the minimum pension amount to 300 euros, but that this also means a gradual adjustment of the amounts of all pensions.The Government should accept the proposal for a minimum pension, but adjust the amounts of higher pensions based on the minimum pension.
A minimum pension of 300 euros and a linear increase in pensions are justified and sustained demands of pensioners, and the stability of the pension fund depends on the growth of the economy, the effective fight against crime and the gray economy, as well as the realization of capital investments.
Only the funds from unrealized projects paid by the Government can cover the pensioners’ needs.
