The Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office – Kavadarci issued an order to conduct an investigative procedure against a 42-year-old man for whom there is a well-founded suspicion that he has been performing sexual abuse against his daughter born in 2016 for a long period of time.
“There is a suspicion that on several occasions, during 2022 and 2023, taking advantage of the fact that he lived with the girl in the same family community, he showed her videos with pornographic content and continued to perform other sexual acts against the child, sanctioned in Article 188 paragraph 5 of the Criminal Code,” reads the police report.
Following the proposal of the competent public prosecutor, the judge of the preliminary procedure from the Basic Court in Kavadarci determined a measure of detention for a period of 30 days for the suspect.
