It’s been 10 days and we are still waiting for the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) to show interest, how is it possible to give 40 million euros for licenses to a company dominated by a colleague of the prime minister? We call on the DCSK to answer if this is not a basis for suspicion of corruption, VMRO-DPMNE spokesperson Naum Stoilkovski told a press conference held in front of the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption on Tuesday.
“We expect the SCPC to rule on both the first and the second tender for this company, i.e. why was a tender made for 15 million euros, with reduced conditions 3 years ago? And immediately after, after less than 3 years, for the same services, 25 million euros, i.e. 10 million euros more? At the same time, Kovachevski is the same colleague as the Consul of a foreign country, which means that the Government is now procuring software for the Government and the administration from a person who represents foreign interests? We expect the SCPC to open a case, and to declare the scandal in the shortest possible time. Forty million euros is a serious amount, even for this criminal government,” said Stoilkovski.
