The law on amnesty for minor offenses is expected to be presented at Tuesday’s government session, Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski said Monday in response to reporters’ questions over the amnesty laws and the Criminal Code. Kovachevski pointed out that previously the Law on amnesty for minor offences was presented at the Government session, but due to technical compliance with the legislation sector, a period was given until Tuesday’s session of the Government.
“And as such, after it is adapted, it will be submitted to the Parliament, then it depends on the MPs whether it will be adopted, in what form it will be adopted and when it will be adopted,” Kovachevski said
