Banner in Skenderbeg Square after the Kosovo incidents: The eagle has two heads, one is in Mitrovica

The eagle has two heads, and one is in Mitrovica. This is part of the message of the banner that was opened last night on the steps of Skenderbeg Square in Skopje as a reaction to the events in Kosovo. The photo from this event is spreading on social media.
On the banner held by a dozen people whose faces are blurred, it says: “Long river Ibr. Blood from the mountain. The eagle has two heads, and one is in Mitrovica”.
Two others are holding the flag of Albania, and others another banner.
There is no official information regarding this event, which was reported by several groups on social media and local media in Albanian language.
