The creation of stick polls that some media close to the government are promoting is a problem of the ruling parties and shows their fear and panic, and the real numbers are revealed when facing the people in elections. That’s why I call on them to hold elections as soon as possible, because there is no escape from that poll, said -DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski during his visit to the municipality of Novo Selo on Tuesday.
Many, as Mickoski said, came and expressed their desire to be supported by VMRO-DPMNE and the coalition and to be candidates for the president. For now, he added, about 22 names have crystallized.
T”he list will be reduced in the following period and we expect to have a clear idea of which candidate will be the future president of Macedonia, because I am convinced, and this is also what public opinion says, that the presidential candidate who will be supported by VMRO-DPMNE in the first round will he has at least 100,000 more votes than the SDSM presidential candidate. That is why I am worried that there will be demotivation among SDSM and among their coalition partners who are part of the Albanian bloc. I am afraid that this could lead us into a constitutional and political crisis due to non-fulfillment of the census,” said Mickoski.
