But considering the dynamics of the excise tax increase according to the law, which will last until 2030 or in the next 6 years, a new price increase for smokers with another MKD 5 is expected already at the beginning of the New Year, Telma TV reported on Thursday.
But it is not the only product that is going up in price. The list of products whose VAT will be increased from 5 to 10 percent is expected to be published today, and it will come into force on Friday.
Starting Friday, new, higher prices are expected for supplements, including vitamins for pregnant women and nutritional supplements necessary for the growth and development of infants and children.
Multivitamins and other nutritional supplements as well as preparations for anxiety or insomnia will be sold at a higher price.
