And what is even more tragic, Mickoski added, even in the case of an arbitration dispute, Macedonian laws do not apply, but some other laws apply, and the process in case of eventual arbitration would be conducted in Paris before the International Chamber of Commerce. With that, the legal order of Macedonia would be suspended.
