In the third quarter of the year, 690 companies ceased to exist. They failed to maintain their business activity. In 2022, on the other hand, as many as 6,857 companies ended their business history, which means that in three months only 10 percent of the total closed during the last year went out of business. The big February purge is gone, when usually 3,000 companies were deleted, the Pari.mk portal announced in cooperation with BiznisMrezha, which made an analysis in which cities and in which activities there were the most closed companies in the third quarter.
Out of 690 closed companies in the third quarter, 210 are in Skopje, or roughly speaking, one in three of all companies had lost the battle to stay on the market, the analysis shows.
