Association of Ukrainians in the Republic of Macedonia “LesyaUkrainka” expresses a decisive protest regarding the announced visit of the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov to Skopje.
“Lavrov plans to participate in the meeting of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
“Although the Government claims that the arrival of Sergey Lavrov in Skopje will not mean his arrival on a bilateral visit to Macedonia, but to an OSCE host country, we still believe that in whatever capacity the head of Russia’s foreign policy institution comes, the most important thing is that he leads the institution of a terrorist country which has been destroying peaceful settlements every day for almost 2 years and committing genocide against the Ukrainian population,” said the association.
