We must restore the dignity of the Macedonian people, restore national pride, because I’m sorry, but I cannot accept that the Macedonian language is a dialect of the Bulgarian language and that we are a tree without roots, that is, we are an artificially created nation that does not have its own culture, tradition and history, said the deputy leader of VMRO-DPMNE Aleksandar Nikoloski during an interview with the Sitel TV Central News on Monday evening.
And I am convinced, Nikoloski added, that no one in Macedonia would accept the Bulgarian proposal as it is under the dictates of official Sofia, except for a narrow clique who, protecting crime, signed something that a normal person would not even write.
