The error in the math textbook for the sixth grade is a technical one, which shows that the sum of the angles in a triangle at 180 is 190 degrees, said Macedonian Minister of Education and Science Jeton Shaqiri on Wednesday and said that he asked for an explanation from the authors and reviewers of the textbook about how the technical error occurred.

“For the subject of mathematics for the sixth grade, the respected authors have a technical error, regardless of the fact that, if viewed in its entirety, the task has several solutions. I asked for comments, because they are university professors. When they submit an explanation, why that technical error was made, we will immediately submit it to the public and to the teachers,” said Education Minister Shaqiri, asked by the media.
